For far too long, we as Career Women have let society dictate what we can and cannot do.
When we feel that inner turmoil and feel that there is MORE to us than just the life we are currently living, they say we are not content and inadvertently ask us to settle for less than we are capable of.
When we have dreams, they say we are too ambitious and pursuing them can mean losing our homes, heads or health!
BUT NOW WE KNOW THEY LIED….AND THIS CHARADE ENDS NOW!!!
Our Goal here at the Uncommon Woman Movement, is to raise an army of Career Women who birth ALL the potential God has placed in them without dropping any of the balls that matter like their homes or health.
We will do this by:
Lovingly kicking Career Women of African descent like you into the knowledge that they are made for MORE..
Teaching, Guiding and Equipping them to identify and birth this MORE even with their current responsibilities…
….ALL in a way that makes God proud and sets them up as positive influential pillars in their homes, workplaces and nations.
We believe that we can have it ALL as long as that ALL is what God had in mind when He created us.
We believe that God’s grace and intimacy with the Father is a game changer that sets us apart as UNCOMMON!
We believe that we are all laden with gifts, and the identification and purposeful use of our gifts is the spark that starts the fire of transformation in our lives and the lives of those tied to us.
For those of us privileged to be wives and/or mothers, we are clear that marriage and motherhood are not our purpose. They are part of our design and we will do them excellently.
However, we have a higher purpose and assignment…finding and living it is our ultimate goal.
We believe in the power of fervent prayer, intentional action and generosity to change situations as we journey to emerge as an Uncommon Woman – a woman of skill, strength and substance.

As a Career professional, Iphie is the Executive Director Commercial at CAP PLC and she enjoys leading business growth and making sure more people truly enjoy what they do at work.
She serves on the Board of FINCA MicroFinance Bank. She is also the recipient of several awards, the most recent being the Exceptional Leader of Excellence Award from the Global Women Economic Forum.
